Pain Pattern Assessment

PAIN PATTERN Assessment

Why Does Your Hip & Back Pain Keep Coming Back?

Find out  why your pain keeps returning — and what your body actually needs to feel better.

Over 12 years of working with hip and lower back pain, I’ve noticed that most hip and back pain falls into one of four patterns. Not because bodies are simple — but because the nervous system, connective tissue, and movement habits tend to create recognisable signatures. Understanding which pattern is driving your pain changes everything about how you approach your recovery (and find lasting relief)

WHAT YOU’LL FIND OUT

In 3 minutes you’ll know:

  • Your hip and back pain pattern
  • Why previous treatments haven’t fully worked for your body
  • What your body actually needs to start feeling better
  • A personalised video practice to try straight away

Question 5 of 5

If this pain was gone — what would you be doing?

Be specific. This matters more than you might think.

Hi, we’re Kev & Jo Buchan. Between us we’ve had 4 surgeries, 18 broken bones (most of them Kev) and experienced grief losing our Mums. We know a lot about recovery and have rebuilt ourselves more than once.

We’ve been where you are and know your frustration firsthand from rugby injury and hip surgery.
Strength & Soul was born out of that deep frustration: being in pain and having no truly helpful guidance beyond ‘do these exercises, rest, and wait.’
We specalise in hip and back pain and worked with hundreds of clients who’ve been through exactly what you’re experiencing and what we’ve found is that the missing piece is almost never more appointments. It’s awareness. When you become aware and understand what’s actually happening in your body, and have a plan to address it, everything changes.

We combine hands-on treatment, yoga therapy, and Ayurvedic medicine because your pain has more layers than any single approach can address.

Pain shouldn’t be your new normal.
