Yoga and Ayurveda have been a part of my life since I was 15, and over 25 years later, I’ve taught for over 12 years, helping thousands of clients overcome injury and illness. My mission is to make Yoga & Ayurveda accessible, practical, and effective for you and your family.

I’m passionate about relieving pain, building strength, and helping people move with ease, so they can enjoy the things they love. I also focus on Ayurveda, helping women implement simple daily rituals and remedies to improve their health and the well-being of their families.

My approach is rooted in understanding how the body and mind work together to support your best life.

From my teaching background I take an educational approach helping you understand the ‘why’ behind each practice. Our focus on education empowers you to make informed choices, and create changes that last.

I blend yoga, Ayurveda, anatomy, and energy medicine to guide you toward lasting health—whether it’s finding relief from pain, using specific postures to support your body, or adopting sustainable lifestyle changes.

I use my experience in sport, coaching, injury and various modalities (Kinetic Chain Release, Connective Tissue Release, Massage, mobilisations, stretching, marma points (trigger points), cupping, postural energetics and Hawaiian techniques) to give you the best chance of recovery. Keep yourself pain-free and on the right track whether it be a course of treatment or monthly maintenance.  

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Connection membership provides you with various programs; connection, beginners, mental health, recovery, Ayurveda and body-specific program. Choose from recovery or prevention program. You can complete one program at a time, join in live for accountability or focus on a program depending on the injury.

Our goal is to help you create a toolbox to incorporate these exercises into your daily life to improve pain and mobility and prevent future injury or dis-ease.

Yes! We’ve been there, and many of our clients and members are in pain or injured. We strongly advise that you follow your consultant’s post-operative care and procedures. If your movement is limited, we have many practices to help you rest, repair and work on your mindset during recovery.

This is a great time to join and choose a program that fits your needs, find tools and methods to help you manage and decrease pain, and reduces injury with a low impact on the body.

Please work within your capabilities. If you experience any pain, then please stop. All members are asked to complete a Health Declaration form when joining, which allows us to assess any injuries or illnesses. If you have any concerns, please consult with your GP, health practitioner or consultant.

A private yoga therapy session (in person or via zoom) to help to address your injury, or if you are local (Central Scotland in the UK), you can book a treatment with us here.

The Connection Membership dives deeper into optimal movement from a therapeutic perspective and teaches Ayurveda Yoga’s Sister Science, the world’s oldest medical system. The practices range from 5-90 minutes. Our Monday morning classes are 20-30 minutes and designed to fit easily and effortlessly into your life. You can choose the time you have available from the drop down menu in the library. 

Connection is a recurrent membership subscription. You can choose the type of subscription Monthly (Get Started), Seasonal (Commit), or Yearly (Experience long lasting results).

Joining Seasonally or Yearly will save money and encourage you to make a commitment to your health.

Yes, you can join Connection Membership at any time. There are various programmes to follow no matter what stage in your life you are at.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the ‘Account’ area of the membership, your payment will be stopped at that point.  No refunds can be offered for a subscription that has already been paid for.

Absolutely, Connection Membership can be joined from anywhere in the world. All you need is access to the internet.

That’s no problem. You can cancel at any time. But before you do, ask yourself why it isn’t working. Did you complete the programs? Did you show up to the live classes? Did you make the time for yourself? You won’t see the results if you don’t show up and do the work.
